    15        ordinarily expect during a working day to find red waste
    16        bins for discarded food?  It is not marked; I am asking you

    53        Floor Manager did you ever have to count the waste in the
    54        bins?
    55        A.  Yes, I did.

    58        A.  Twice a shift or 3 times my shift.
