                                                                  DAY 213

                                            PAUL LEMAIRE, Cross-examined:

     1 A. Six, seven.
     2
3 Q. Six or seven. Does that include the drive-thru window?
4 A. It does not include the drive-thru window.
     5
6 Q. So there is a drive-thru window as well?
7 A. That would be correct.
     8
9 MR. JUSTICE BELL: The drive-thru window ---
10 A. -- would have an extra two people in it.
    11
12 Q. So, that is in addition to the six tills?
    13 A. That is correct.
    14
    15   MS. STEEL:  What about the order taker for drive-thru orders;
16 would there be someone doing that?
17 A. Someone would be taking orders.
    18
19 Q. Would that be separate to the two people in the drive-thru
    20 window?
21 A. That is correct, yes.
    22
23 Q. Would there be people out in the lobby?
24 A. There would be a minium of two people out there, one
25 experienced or two fairly experienced people out there.
    26
27 Q. They would stay out there the whole time?
28 A. The whole time, yes.
    29
30 Q. You have got six or seven tills in operation. Are the
31 people who are working on the tills also responsible for
32 getting the orders together, or is there someone running up
    33 and down?
34 A. There is someone running up there. That is a separate
35 bit. There is an additional person running to get the food
    36 for the drive-thru.
    37
38 Q. One person running to collect food for the drive-thru?
39 A. And one person presenting, as there are two people in
    40 that drive-thru.
    41
42 Q. I see. But for the people coming into the store, not the
43 drive-thru, you have got six or seven people on the tills.
44 Are they just taking the money, or are they collecting the
45 food from the production bin?
46 A. They are collecting food as well. But, again, there
47 could be a Manager helping them out. The Manager could be
48 getting the food in trim while they just take the money.
49 Some people have to get that themselves, though.
    50
51 Q. How many people would be on wrap and call?
    52 A. One person.
    53
54 Q. Just one person. The people on tills get the food, and
55 that would include pouring drinks and things like that,
    56 would it?
57 A. That would be correct, yes.
    58
59 Q. Do you know roughly how many transactions there are during
    60 a Saturday lunch period?

                                      14
