    14   Q.   Just a very few questions, Mr. Plaister:  My understanding
    15        is you were born on 16th April 1974?
    16        A.  That is correct.

    18   Q.   So that you are now 21 and will be 22 this year?
    19        A.  Yes, I will.

    21   Q.   You joined, you tell us, McDonald's as a full-time crew
    22        member in June 1991 which, I work out, means you were aged
    23        17 at the time?
    24        A.  Yes, I was.

    26   Q.   As a full-time crew person, was that on leaving school?
    27        A.  Yes, on leaving school.

    30        A.  Yes, it was.

    32   Q.   Then you were a trainee Floor Manager for nearly four years
    33        until recently; is that right?
    34        A.  Yes, it was but it was on and off trainee because
    35        I kept pulling out of the course.

    37   Q.   I see.  So you did actually act as a full-time Floor
    38        Manager during those four years, did you?
    39        A.  As a trainee, yes.

    41   Q.   What is your present position?  Has it changed?
    42        A.  Yes, I am a Floor Manager now.

    57        Mr. Plaister, before the Defendants ask you questions:  In
    58        paragraph 2 you say for the first two months -- that is
    59        back in 1991 -- you worked all shifts, yes?
    60        A.  Yes, that is right.
