Q. But since then you have only worked on the 5.00 a.m. until
the 2 p.m. shift, right?
A. It was one point I have looked back, that I was working
4 a.m. in the morning until 12 midday but, yes, it has only
been them two shifts.

Q. My question was going to be so then when we look at your
name in the payroll sheets ---
A. Yes.

Q. -- and we see premium hours?
A. That is before 7.00 in the morning.

Q. Yes, after the first two months we are looking at pre
7 o'clock ---
A. Yes, that is right.

Q. -- in the morning, premium hours, not closes?
A. Not closes.

Q. Right. Thank you, Mr. Plaister.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Again I may have been told this, but is this
restaurant open 24 hours a day?
A. It was not at the time, no.

Q. When did it start? Is it 24 hours a day now?

Cross-examined by the Defendants

MS. STEEL: How many hours was it opened before then?
A. It was open from 7 o'clock in the morning until
12 midnight.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Keep your voice up, please, Mr. Plaister.
A. OK.

MS. STEEL: Was there a reason why you always worked the early
morning shift?
A. I like working early mornings.

Q. Right. You are not like a Breakfast Manager or anything
like that?
A. No, I am not.

Q. You said you had been a trainee Floor Manager for nearly
four years but you kept pulling out of the course?
A. Yes, I did.

Q. Why was that?
A. I did not think I was ready to take the exam. I liked
the job as I was, as a crew member.

Q. So you went back to being crew?
