DAY 213
STEPHEN PLAISTER, Cross-examined:
A. Yes.

Q. What was the fourth one? Do you remember what the other
one was -- to save time going through the documents?
A. No, I cannot remember what the other one was; probably
a burn.

Q. (Pause) You walked into a Manager, holding a spatula?
A. Yes, that is right.

Q. And you got burnt?
A. Yes.

Q. You bumped into him?
A. Yes, I did.

Q. You said you are not particularly accident prone. So that
might be a fairly normal record for somebody working at the
store, those kind of accidents, that kind of frequency?
A. Maybe. Some people do have more accidents than others,
don't they?

Q. Do you have more accidents than people around you?
A. I do not know. Maybe I do. I do not know. I do not
study the book.

Q. The book?
A. I do not study it, really, so I would not know.

Q. You do not seem particularly accident prone?
A. Not really, no.

MR. MORRIS: No further questions.

MR. RAMPTON: I have no re-examination, my Lord.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Thank you, Mr. Plaister. Leave the witness
box now.

(The witness withdrew)

MR. MORRIS: If we are going to continue with Mr. Khazna, I have
not really prepared to ask questions before lunch for
Mr. Khazna, if indeed before tomorrow. But maybe if Mr.
Rampton wants to start him, we can have the lunch break?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What is your order now?

MR. RAMPTON: Mr. Khazna and then Mr. Roberts, my Lord.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I suggest is, if you call Mr. Khazna and
ask him any further questions you want, Mr. Rampton, then
we will think about timing.

MR. RAMPTON: Very well.

SEMIR KHAZNA, sworn
Examined by MR. RAMPTON Q.C.

MR. RAMPTON: Mr. Khazna, can you remember to direct your voice
