     3   Q.   Do you remember when Feltham actually opened; what was the

     5        A.  I think it is Easter Friday.  It could be 4th April.

     7   Q.   Good Friday of this year, 1994?
     8        A.  Yes, that is correct.

    10   Q.   My Lord, we will find the exact date.  I tried tie to do it
    11        earlier, but we did not actually find what the date of Good
    12        Friday that year was.

    14        (To the witness)  How long did they work at Heathrow to be
    15        trained before they were transferred to Feltham?
    16        A.  Approximately a month.

    18   Q.   Feltham, did it do its own recruiting and training, or were
    19        other people trained at other restaurants to work at
    20        Feltham?
    21        A.  The crew training was done at Heathrow, being the
    22        nearest branch, and it would make it easier for the staff
    23        to get to.  But we did continue to recruit when the
    24        restaurant had opened.

    40        which I could not get down and it has not actually come
    41        out.  I do not know if someone could help me with that.  It
    42        is the answer that starts at -- you have not got it.

    46   MS. STEEL:  "Can you tell me what is the reason why all of
    47        sudden at the end of March 1994 there were 24 new staff at
    48        Heathrow?"  "Well, at the time, I was opening up the
    49        Feltham restaurant."

    52        be full. "At the time, we were opening up the Feltham 
    53        restaurant, and the branch Manager was put into the store
    54        and Feltham's staff were put into Heathrow for training,
    55        and then they were all transferred to Feltham when it
    56        opened on Good Friday 1994.  They worked at Heathrow for
    57        about a month training at Feltham.  Feltham crew trained at
    58        Heathrow as it was the nearest branch, but we did continue
    59        to recruit when Feltham opened."
