SEMIR KHAZNA
Cross-examined by the Defendants

MS. STEEL: Can I just clarify when was it that the Feltham
store opened?
A. April. It was Good Friday -- April 4th, I believe.

Q. April 4th. That was when the crew were transferred that
you were talking about, was it?
A. The crew that were trained at Heathrow were transferred
to Feltham, yes, that is correct.

Q. Were they transferred there a week before to get it ready
or just like as it opened, or -----
A. Most of them were transferred over the day before, or
some were a few days prior, just to help to clean up the
restaurant.

Q. There is one thing I am not sure about. Those staff that
were trained at the Heathrow restaurant -- yes?
A. Yes.

Q. -- the ones that you were referring to, were they actually

Heathrow branch?
A. They could not have been hired at the Feltham branch,
because the store was not built. They were hired from the
Job Centre. There is a Job Centre near Feltham. Kim was
doing the hiring for me, with the Store Manager of Feltham.

Q. Kim Moffatt?
A. Yes.

Q. Who was the Store Manager of Feltham?
A. Jerry Burns.

Q. And he stayed the Manager until Mr. Nevison took over?
A. No. Jerry got promoted to Area Manager after a short
while.

Q. So the store opened in April; Mr. Nevison took over as
Manager in June, at the end of June?
A. You are referring to Feltham?

Q. Of Feltham, yes.
A. When Dave Roberts was put into Heathrow, John took over
