DAY 213
SEMIR KHAZNA, Cross-examined:
Feltham.

Q. I think that was 25th June. How long did Mr. Nevison stay
at Feltham? I think you might have said about a year or
something.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Not longer than a year, he said this
morning.

THE WITNESS: I stopped being Area Manager of Heathrow
beginning of December 1994, and I believe he was still at
Feltham at the time.

MS. STEEL: Do you know what happened to him after Feltham?
A. No.

Q. Why he left; did he get transferred to another store, was
he promoted, did he, you know -----
A. I could not answer that, because I was not Area Manager
of that region.

Q. You do not know what happened to him?
A. No.

Q. You do not know whether he still works for the Company or
not?
A. I know he does not work for the Company.

Q. He does not work for the Company?
A. No.

Q. Who told you that he left the Company?
A. You get to hear about it. I am based at East Finchley
Head Office, so you get to hear about these things.

Q. What is your position at East Finchley Head Office?
A. I am an Area Supervisor.

Q. Are all the Area Supervisors in the southeast based at
East Finchley?
A. All the Area Managers at London and the south are based
at East Finchley McDonald's, yes.

MR. MORRIS: So they work from there, do they, and go out
to -----
A. Well, no. Being an Area Manager, my base is
East Finchley, but my stores can be anywhere in London
South.

Q. All I am saying is that we did not realise that people were
based at East Finchley; it has not come up in the case
before. Is there like a special Area Supervisors' office
or something?
A. No. I am based at East Finchley, because all my
information is sometimes related -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think what you are being asked is, do you
have a desk there or -----
A. Yes, I do, yes.
