                                                                  DAY 213

                                            SEMIR KHAZNA, Cross-examined:

  Q. You said that Dave had experience of both drive-thru and
high volume restaurants; the Heathrow store, was that a
       high volume restaurant?
       A. Yes, it is.

  Q. Do you recall what kind of numbers of transactions there
were made at the store on an average Saturday lunchtime or
       for any period?
       A. Are you talking the number of customers we were
       serving?

  Q. Yes.
       A. At what particular period, sorry?

  Q. For example, a Saturday lunchtime?
       A. Between which hours?

  Q. 12.00 until 2.00 or 12.00 until 3.00, whatever?
       A. Well, being a drive-thru there are two types of
transactions. You know, you have got the transaction that
comes through the drive-thru; you have got the transaction
that comes from the front counter.

  Q. Do you know roughly the number of transactions?
       A. Off the top of my head, I could not give you those
       figures, no.

  Q. Do you know what numbers of transactions for the week or
       anything like that?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Could you tell us, just so that we have an idea of how many
people are passing through buying food?
       A. Well, when you say "people", we have got cars. So, in
the car you could have six people sitting in there. So, it
       is two different issues.

  Q. How many orders would there be?
       A. I would say approximately 11 to 12,000 a week.

  Q. Do you know how much of that would be on a Saturday?
       A. Heathrow is a constant store throughout the week,
       so .....

  Q. More or less the same every day?
       A. Saturdays, obviously, is slightly busier because of the
weekends, but the Heathrow restaurant is constantly busy
       every day of the week.

  Q. Right, OK. We could divide that by seven and we would not
be too far out in -----
       A. I would add an extra certain percentage on for the
Saturday sales, yes. It was a busier day.

  Q. Do you know whether there is any kind of seasonal
       variation?
       A. Not much.

  Q. Not much. Just moving on to page 4 of your statement, the
