DAY 213
SEMIR KHAZNA, Cross-examined:
store; and the first thing you do is lump a whole lot more
responsibilities and work on that store, by having them,
Managers and crew people, needed to train them, "buddy" up,
take responsibility, have them on their payroll, and
everything like that. Is that not completely
irresponsible?
A. No, because the branch Manager of Feltham was there to
supervise his own staff, and the Managers of Feltham were
also there, and the schedule for Feltham was done
separately to the Heathrow one.

Q. When you monitor the situation -- you said you monitored
the situation and kept a weekly check on numbers of crew
hired. As part of your monitoring of the situation, when
you came in, of the Heathrow store, you kept a weekly check
on the numbers of crew hired and ones who left?
A. I would do that with all my restaurants.

Q. OK, yes, you said that. But you looked in detail at the
way the Heathrow store was working when you came in, did
you, checked all the paperwork?
A. I would have certain things I would do on my visits,
yes.

Q. Did you check all the paperwork in the store?
A. Not everything, no.

Q. On which areas did you check?
A. I would look at the cash audits, which is off the
computer.

Q. I am asking for the ones that you did check?
A. Sorry?

Q. I am asking for the ones you did check when you were
monitoring the situation ---
A. I would do the -----

Q. -- problems in the store?
A. I would check the accounting audit.

Q. Yes?
A. I would look into the crew schedule which is posted
up. There are other functions that I would be conducting
on my visits to, whether it is Heathrow or Feltham.

Q. What other things did you look into? That basically sums
it up, does it?
A. No. There are other things that I would do. I would
maybe do a cleanliness report.

Q. Maybe. I want to know what you did?
A. I have done cleanliness reports at Heathrow.

Q. What else did you look into, what other paperwork?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can you actually remember?
A. The ones I am -----

Q. Or are you just thinking back to what you think you would
