     9        A.  Round about -- from the bottom go up about ten; 14 up,

    16        A.  He was a Feltham crew, yes.

    21   Q.   I was in the middle of asking a question quite a while back
    22        and it has kind of got a bit lost.  You said that people
    23        would be left on even though they were being transferred to
    24        the Feltham store.  What I was asking you was, why would
    25        somebody take some of the names off and not others of the
    26        names, because, for example, if you look at page 50 there
    27        is not a 4503, nor is there from 4508 to 4512, and then
    28        there are various other ones that are not on there either?

    31   Q.   Sorry, actually there is not a 4503, there is not a 4508,
    32        there is not a 4510, there is not a 4512, there is not a
    33        4516 and then some other ones.  That is on page 50.
    34        A.  They are still appearing, is that what you are saying?

    36   Q.   No.  They are not on there.  They have been taken off.

    38   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Do you know the answer whether they were
    39        people who did not pass their probation or whether they
    40        went to Feltham and they were taken off but other people
    41        were not, do you know?
    42        A.  Some -- I know over 20 of the Feltham crew went over to
    43        Feltham when it opened up.  I know that for a fact because
    44        I actually saw them the day before at the Feltham
    45        restaurant.  We had an initial meeting with all the members
    46        of staff.

    50   MS. STEEL:   If I just ask one more question about this.  You 
    51        said you knew Mr. Khan and, in fact, he still appears on 
    52        the Heathrow payroll in July? 
    53        A.  Yes, I can explain that.

    56        A.  He went to Feltham for a period of months but he wanted
    57        to come back.  He wanted to work at the Heathrow branch.
