                                                                  DAY 216

                                             KEVIN HARRISON, Re-examined:

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think you have to get on with that
       because---

  MR. MORRIS: I understand.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: -- subject to one or two loose ends, we have
       finished the employment witnesses.

MR. MORRIS: Yes, very nearly. Mr. Caulfield is the person from
Ireland who was one of the people who had a tribunal
following the strike, and that is just a simple matter of
getting down and getting a brief statement about that,
which will be a Civil Evidence Act notice. Danny Olive, of
course. At this stage with Danny Olive, I do not mind
saying, in terms of (inaudible) I prefer him not to raise
any new issues. Mr. Logan has covered a lot of ground. So
I do not think we will be taking a further statement from
Mr. Olive. I will have to look into it again.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Are you intending to call him?

MR. MORRIS: Yes. I would have to, to rely on his evidence
because he is obviously in this country.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That may very well be a wise decision to
make, just looking at it in the round. But if that is the
view you take, do restrict yourself to what is in his
present statement when he comes to the witness box.

  MR. MORRIS: Right.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do not, whatever you do, give cause for
complaint from Mr. Rampton by calling him with just his
present statement and then asking him about other matters.

MR. MORRIS: Right. Of course, if Mr. Rampton accepts what he
says, then he will not be given an opportunity to expand
       on-----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is another matter. You know the point
       I have in mind.

MR. MORRIS: Right. Then food poisoning and hygiene. Mrs. Hovi
is on Friday and I have asked her to clear Monday morning
as well. Hopefully, it will not be needed. Mr. North is,
       obviously, unfinished at this stage.

Nutrition is fluid. We certainly intend to call
Miss Brofey, whatever happens, and Mr. Campbell, who is at
       the bottom of that list.  Mr. Crawford is unfinished;
Professor Crawford. Obviously Fiona Winter, the Plaintiffs
have accepted her as a Civil Evidence Act notice. She
should not need to be called but we will need to read out,
not the entire study but at least the cover note for it.
It depends on the legal matters which we are still
considering at the moment for any other witnesses.

Under the environment, we have got Ms. Link. I think we
all know the situation with that. Andrew Tyler who is not
going to be talking about pigs. Do you remember he made a
