     2   Q.   Yes.  Can you tell me whether there was any significant
     3        difference, broadly speaking, in the way the demonstrators
     4        conducted themselves on those two earlier occasions from
     5        what you observed in 1989?
     6        A.  They seemed to be much smaller demonstrations and
     7        certainly without the sort of numbers that were there in
     8        the 1989 one.

    10   Q.   Otherwise did they do the same sorts of things?
    11        A.  Yes.

    13   Q.   Hold placards.  Did they give out leaflets on those
    14        occasions, do you remember?
    15        A.  I think they did. Yes, they must have done.

    17   Q.   Did they swop jobs?
    18        A.  Yes.

    20   Q.   In the same way?
    21        A.  Yes.  That is a characteristic.  In most of these
    22        demonstrations, they do move around.

    24   Q.   I am sorry about that diversion. Can we go to your second
    25        statement at tab 3.  If you look at paragraph 2, you will
    26        see that you say you attended all the demonstrations which
    27        have taken place outside the Head Office in your capacity
    28        as Head of Security for McDonald's and you say:

    30        "In particular, I was in attendance on 16th October 1989
    31        when Helen Steel was present, on 16th October 1990 when
    32        Helen Steel was present, 21st May 1991 when Helen Steel and
    33        David Morris were present, 16th October 1991 Ms. Steel and
    34        Mr. Morris, 16th October 1992, Steel and Morris, 15th
    35        October 1993, Steel and Morris."

    37        In the next paragraph, you say that photographs and videos
    38        were taken on each occasion on your instructions?
    39        A.  Yes.

    41   Q.   We are going to look at some videos in a moment.  I do not
    42        know about everybody else but my entry for 16th October
    43        1990 has a question mark against the video.

    54        originals are here but, for some reason, they escaped
    55        inclusion in publication 2.  We will remedy that in due
