     1   MR. RAMPTON:  They can have them again, suffice it to say that
     2        Ms. Steel is in those photographs as she is in the video.

     4   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  But that is a year when it is not said that
     5        Mr. Morris was present.

     7   MR. RAMPTON:  No.  If I said that recently that I believed that
     8        he was, I am wrong about that.

    10   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  That is what appears from Mr. Carroll's
    11        statement, paragraph 2 anyway.

    13   MR. RAMPTON:  Mr. Carroll is right about that.  So far as I am
    14        aware, Mr. Morris was not present on that occasion.

    16        In a minute or two, Mr. Carroll, we are all going to look
    17        at the videos and I want to ask you to verify that those
    18        are the videos that were taken on each occasion on your
    19        instructions.  What I would like you to do now is quickly
    20        glance at the appendices, or the appendix to this
    21        statement, which arises out of paragraph 4 where you say
    22        that leaflets were collected on each occasion.

    24        The first one is the one we have been looking at.  There is
    25        a photocopy from 1989.  The second one we have now got as
    26        well.  I will pass it my Lord, if I may, first to the
    27        Defendants (Handed)

    51        back in about the middle of that stapled bundle.  We may 
    52        have it in a different order.

    55        I have written a "2" on the next one which has a 1990 date
    56        on it.
