                                                                  Day 236

                                        TERENCE EDMUND CARROLL - EXAMINED

"ce" of "Greenpeace". That is number 4.

       The one I have put a 5 on is "McDonald's v Greenpeace
London McLibel 5 Support Campaign", no annotations. The
one upon which I will put a 6 is "London Greenpeace Fayre.
Distributed outside Head Office, 16/10/90", the 1
obliterates another number which may have been a 2 and then
initials. Behind that I will put a 7 on another McLibel
Support Campaign Sheet with no annotations on it. There is
then "London Greenpeace Fayre 90, 20 years of struggle for
change, Saturday, October 27th, 11 to 9" but no annotations
on it which I will put an 8 on.

Then another "McLibel 5 Support Campaign", no annotations
which I will put a 9 on. Then: "What is wrong with
       McDonald's", the non-fold-out one with a "21/5/91" in the
       margin.

MS. STEEL: That is the end of our bundle and then we probably
       have to find ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will put a 10 on that.

  MR. MORRIS: 21/5/91.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: "21/5/91" and I will not put a number on the
next sheet because that is a photograph, I assume, of the
       reverse.

  MR. RAMPTON: Yes.

MS. STEEL: The "21/5/91", is that actually off the edge of the
       leaflet?.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is in the margin of the sheet on to which
it is photocopied and there is some kind of annotation
which I cannot read above the cowboy's hat.

MR. RAMPTON: I think that is Edi Bensilums signature actually.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I cannot read it but I can see something has
       been written.

MS. STEEL: That is number 10?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is number 10. I will tell you what else
I have got and I will number them and when I rise, if need
be, I will hand down my copy of TEC5 so it can be checked.

MR. RAMPTON: I would be grateful.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have got a sheet which has on it written at
the top "16/10/91", and then "T.C.1.".

  MR. MORRIS: That is 11.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will call that 11. As 12 I have "4.50 pm,
16/10/92 outside East Finchley Underground" and a
       signature. As 13, I have got, "4.50 p.m. 16/10/92, outside
McDonald's East Finchley". The 12 has the signature
