     8   MS. STEEL:   I think the 13 actually says "4.55" but I might be
     9        wrong about that.

    11   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  I thought it was "4.50" and then a "pm" but
    12        in any event that is 13.

    18   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  It is a 5, is it?

    20   MR. MORRIS:  On number 13 it is "4.55".

    22   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Yes, thank you.  Then as 14 I have what may
    23        also be "4.55", but again the signature more horizontal.
    24        Then another one "4.55" with the signature in more or less
    25        the same position.  Whether that is the same different one
    26        or not, I do not know.

    32   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  I will put a 15 on it.  It may be the same
    33        one.  Finally I have one which I will put a 16 on, which
    34        has a rather faint "15/10/93".

    38   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  If anyone wants to look at TEC5, you can ask
    39        Mr. Glen to take it out.  I do not want anyone to look the
    40        rest of my bundle because I put some annotations on, none
    41        of which would embarrass me but I do not want people
    42        speculating about why I have bothered to write annotations
    43        in particular places on the statements. They are not
    44        important but sometimes people think they are.

    46   MR. RAMPTON:  Mr. Carroll, so far as your mind or your memory
    47        will allow you to do so, are you satisfied that those
    48        various documents that we have just been through with his
    49        Lordship's help are the documents which you say were
    50        delivered to you, picked up by your people and delivered to 
    51        you on those various dates? 
    52        A.  I am.

    55        video.  Perhaps we will do it at the end of the video, if
    56        it is convenient to his Lordship it may be better if you
    57        step down?
