Q. Then he went back again, as we saw in the video?

in this case?
A. Yes, it does.

(Video film continued to be played)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Thank you.

MR. RAMPTON: I have been given by Mrs. Brinley-Codd, if your
Lordship has got the first document in TEC5 -- may
Mr. Carroll be released?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You had better stay where you are.

MR. RAMPTON: The first document which is the "What is wrong

It also has hole punches insist in it which is reflected in
the copy we have got as black blobs on the side of the page

Mrs. Brinley-Codd's writing saying "16.10.89", I observe,

to the one which Mr. Carroll has already identified.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Could I just have a look?

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, I am sorry (Handed).

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you want to ask Mr. Carroll about that for
completeness? There is no need for him to go back into the
witness box if he keeps his voice up.

MR. RAMPTON: Mr. Carroll, can you remember what his Lordship
