     2   Q.   Moving on to the picket of 16th October 1989, you said that
     3        about however many copies of the fax sheet complained of
     4        you obtained on that day, you said it ran into double
     5        figures; was that right?
     6        A.  It was about 10 or 11, I would have thought.

     8   Q.   That was all on that date you obtained them?
     9        A.  Yes.

    11   Q.   You also say, I think, in paragraph (12) of your statement
    12        that you believe several hundred leaflets were distributed
    13        that afternoon to people of all ages.  When you say
    14        "several hundred leaflets" are you talking about the fact
    15        sheet complained of or are you talking about the A5
    16        leaflets?
    17        A.  All of them.

    19   Q.   All of them.  I mean, the fact sheet complained of, is it
    20        your evidence that it was distributed throughout the
    21        afternoon or was it just, sort of, for five minutes
    22        or  -----
    23        A.  It was distributed throughout the afternoon with the
    24        other sheets that were being distributed as well.

    26   Q.   Were there lots of people distributing the fact sheet
    27        complained of?
    28        A.  It varied between five and 10 and ------

    30   Q.   They were standing?
    31        A.  They moved around as well.

    33   Q.   They moved around, and they were standing around in
    34        different places?
    35        A.  They were mostly outside the old entrance to the
    36        office, but they also moved down as far as the entrance to
    37        the tube station.

    39   Q.   Did you get a copy of the A5 leaflets that were being
    40        handed out on that day?
    41        A.  I think we did, yes, if I remember rightly.

    43   Q.   You said yesterday that it bore a resemblance to the one at
    44        TEC4.  So can we take it from that you did not get a copy
    45        because otherwise you would be showing us the one that you
    46        considered was being handed out?
    47        A.  Very possibly, but, as I say, I did not actually get
    48        one myself handed to me because they were brought there by
    49        other people, other employees brought them to my office.

    51   Q.   Did you get any of the leaflets yourself or were they all 
    52        brought to you by other employees? 
    53        A.  They were all brought to me by other employees.
