     1        A.  As I said, that was not my decision, and I do not think
     2        that it was anything to do with -- the taking of
     3        photographs was anything to do with taking legal action at
     4        that time.

     6   Q.   But you are hazy on that; you do not really remember?
     7        A.  I am hazy.  If I look at these now, I think this was me
     8        who took these photographs, but it was at the start of the
     9        meeting, because I seem to remember a telephoto lens that I
    10        had at that time.

    19        A.  Yes, my Lord.  I have not seen them for at least four
    20        or five years.

    22   MS. STEEL:  When the photographer was taking photographs, most
    23        of the time were you standing with them?
    24        A.  I was mostly, as far as I remember, on top of the steps
    25        of the old building but, I admit, I probably did move
    26        around a bit but I certainly was not far from that area.

    28   Q.   Did you give them any particular instructions to photograph
    29        myself and Mr. Gravett whom you said you identify?
    30        A.  No.

    32   Q.   In paragraph (10) of your statement you said that you were
    33        present throughout the demonstration together with two
    34        members of the Company Security Department and two members
    35        of the Uni-Trust Security Company were also present.  Who
    36        were the two members of the Company Security Department who
    37        you are talking about there?
    38        A.  It was Mr. Laurie and Mr. Roots and I think
    39        Mr. Hornblower put in an appearance as well.  He would have
    40        replaced one of the others.

    42   Q.   What about the Uni-Trust Security Company, were they
    43        involved in taking photographs or videos or anything?
    44        A.  No, not at all.  They are the company we employed to
    45        look after the security of the Head Office and they were
    46        brought in -- an extra one was brought in for the purpose
    47        of the demonstration.

    49   Q.   Is there video surveillance equipment at the Head
    50        Office  --- 
    51        A.  No.

    53   Q.   -- observing what is going on round the outside of the
    54        premises?
    55        A.  There are security cameras on the outside of the
    56        premises, yes.
