     1 in an orange tutu.
     2
3 MS. STEEL: He is, but it is a sideways view but I do not know
4 if that is any better. (To the witness): Your evidence is
5 that you did not know who he was and that you may have
6 spoken to him but you do not remember saying, "Hello,
     7 Andrew" to him?
8 A. I did not know his name so I would not have said that.
     9
10 Q. You do not remember ever finding out his name?
11 A. Not to my knowledge.
    12
13 Q. He was one of the Defendants?
14 A. Very possibly, but I was not in the High Court when the
15 original apology was made, if that was one of them.
    16
17 MR. JUSTICE BELL: What, the man in the photograph is one of
    18 them, are you saying?
    19 A. I do not know.
    20
21 MR. JUSTICE BELL: I do not suppose it will matter, but if there
22 are any other of your publication witnesses, including Mr.
23 Gravett, for instance, who are in the photographs, you
24 might point them out to me now so I can see who they are.
    25
26 MS. STEEL: OK. (To the witness): Do you know the other
27 publication witnesses? You know Mr. Gravett, do you not?
28 A. I know Mr. Gravett, yes. He is the only one I do know.
    29
30 Q. In photograph (1) Mr. Gravett is the one in the cow suit.
    31
32 MR. MORRIS: No. 5 is Jonathan O'Farrell, above the "EST" of
    33 "rainforest".
    34
35 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which one is that?
    36
    37 MR. MORRIS: No. 5, Jonathan O'Farrell.
    38
39 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Tell me again, Mr. Morris.
    40
41 MR. MORRIS: No. 5, above the "EST" of "rainforest" with the hat
    42 with the badges on.
    43
44 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Right. Can I see the material half of
45 Mr. Gravett in photograph (7)?
    46
47 MR. MORRIS: I am not sure if he ever came out of the cow suit.
    48
49 MR. RAMPTON: No, my Lord, he is better seen in No. 11.
    50
51 MR. JUSTICE BELL: I can see the non-speaking end of Mr. Gravett
    52 in photograph 7, can I?
    53
54 MR. RAMPTON: Yes, he is with his better half! 16 as well, my
    55 Lord, and 18.
    56
57 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, thank you.
    58
59 MS. STEEL: When you said you saw Mr. Nicholson outside, was he
60 with you during the time he was outside?

                                      22
