Day 237 - 18 04 96 - Page 41
A. Is that 3 or 4?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If you go into divider 2 there are numbers
at the bottom of the pages and 41, if it is 41, it is TEC3,
in fact.

MS. STEEL: Yes, TEC3.
A. Yes, that is my writing.

Q. That is your writing as well?
A. Yes.

Q. Would they both have been done on the same day?
A. I have no idea.

Q. You do not remember. When did you start labelling the
leaflets?
A. As far as my recollection goes, it was when I made my
statement in 1993.

Q. After that you started labelling leaflets that you
collected?
A. As far as I remember, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: When you say "labelled", are you suggesting
that Mr. Carroll put on more than the TEC numbers?

MS. STEEL: No.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Because I understand the sense of doing that
at the time the statement is signed.

MS. STEEL: I did not ask that, actually. When did you put TC1
and TC3 on it?
A. I do not recollect. I assume it was probably when I
did my statement in 1993.

Q. Right. Not when you ---
A. Collected.

Q. -- first gained possession of the leaflets?
A. No.

Q. So, does that mean there was a TC2?
A. Very possibly.

Q. There is not one in the bundle.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Well, there is a TEC2. You mean there is
not a TEC2 written on it, do you?

MS. STEEL: Actually, when I have been saying "TC" it has been
sounding like "TEC". I am actually saying "TC", "T stop
C". (To the witness): The "T stop C" that is written at
the top, are you aware of a "T stop C2"? It is not in the
bundle. Do you remember doing one?
A. No, I do not.

Q. If those all were done at the same time -- well, "T stop
C1" comes within the appendix TEC5. Why should it be
