     1        to October '89 -- all the dates are listed there -- "Videos
     2        and/or photographs were taken either by me or a member of
     3        the Security Department on my instructions".  Do you
     4        remember who took which on which dates?
     5        A.   No.  It would have been a member of my department.  As
     6        I have said, it was me on occasions, but certainly Tony
     7        Roots and Ron Laurie would have been involved in videoing
     8        and in taking photographs.  So, it would probably have been
     9        either myself, Tony Roots or Ron Laurie.

    11   Q.   You say you did not find out until October '91 who
    12        Mr. Morris was?
    13        A.   It would have been about then, yes.

    15   Q.   Do you remember him being pointed out to you?
    16        A.   Not -- I do not remember a specific episode of when
    17        someone said, "That one is Mr. Morris", but at some time
    18        during that particular period I became aware that it was
    19        him.

    21   Q.   Had you seen Mr. Morris before then?
    22        A.   No, not to my recollection.

    24   Q.   You cannot remember now who it was who told you?
    25        A.   No.

    27   Q.   Is it fair to say generally that your memory of all these
    28        pickets is pretty hazy?
    29        A.   No, not quite, although I must admit, as I did say
    30        earlier, they are inclined to run together after a while to
    31        which picket was which.

    33   Q.   And who was doing what on which picket?
    34        A.   Not entirely.  It is the pickets themselves that seem
    35        to join together after a while, a year to associate with a
    36        person.

    38   Q.   So, if you see someone handing out a leaflet in one year
    39        they might well have been handing out a leaflet another
    40        year?
    41        A.   If I have made special mention of leaflets being
    42        handed out, there would not be a mistake.

    44   Q.   Why is that?
    45        A.   Because I would have known.  If I have made mention of
    46        it, it is something I remembered at the time but, looking
    47        back now, for the last seven or eight years, they are
    48        inclined to join together.

    50   Q.   Actually, I want to ask a question about one of the videos 
    51        so I do not know if it is possible to set it up now?

    54        were of the dates which were attributed to them yesterday,
