     6        Harris -- they are a Public Relations company, are they
     7        not?
     8        A.   Yes.

    10   MR. JUSTICE BELL:   We had better just say as it has gone on the
    11        transcript; you are quite right, it is marked with a 10,
    12        but it is 110.

    14   MS. STEEL:  Yes, sorry. It is dated the 27th March 1992.  The
    15        first paragraph says:  "Following the appearance of a small
    16        group of protestors at the Prague restaurant opening on
    17        10th March, as we discussed, I think it would be useful to
    18        share the attached guidelines and background information
    19        with Mr. Publico in Prague".  "The attached guidelines" are
    20        not actually attached.  "As you know, each year we send an
    21        update on anticipated acts of protest to all marketing and
    22        PR managers before World Hunger Day and I have included the
    23        1991 update".  Was this report or update actually prepared
    24        by Wellbeck Golan & Harris, or is that something prepared
    25        by you or the Security Department and passed on to them?
    26        A.  Well, as I have already said, every year prior to World
    27        Food Day on 16th October, I prepared a report for the
    28        Company.  I copied many people within the Company and also
    29        I would copy our PR company, Wellbeck Golan & Harris. Being
    30        a PR company, they immediately would alight on it and
    31        probably try to do a better job than me, which is fair
    32        enough, that is their thing, and send it around the rest of
    33        the world.

    35   Q.   Right.  Was that asking for information to be sent to the
    36        London office or was that about how to counter the
    37        criticisms?
    38        A.   The one that they would send out would be probably a
    39        much larger edition of what I said adding to mine with,
    40        possibly, other international ramifications involved, and
    41        also it would ask anyone there who received demonstrations
    42        to report the incident either to them or to me.  It
    43        probably would go to Wellbeck Golan Harris who would inform
    44        me in due course.
