     4   Q.   When you were walking round outside, what did you see going
     5        on on the protest?
     6        A.  The banner was there.  There was more than one banner
     7        there.

     9   Q.   What time was this?
    10        A.  About five o'clock.  There were a number of posters.
    11        People giving out leaflets.

    13   Q.   Which leaflets?
    14        A.  I do not know.  I think it had to do with...  No, I am
    15        not sure.

    17   Q.   This protest, did you meet with the solicitors and report
    18        to them what you had seen?
    19        A.  Well, at this time I was dealing with the solicitors
    20        about once a week.

    23        A.  Yes.

    25   Q.   So you reported all the details to them then did you?
    26        A.  Yes.  Well, what I knew of it.  Terry Carroll also
    27        reported what he had seen.

    29   Q.   What was I doing on this protest?
    30        A.  Well, the one time I particularly saw you you were
    31        making these amendments to the leaflet.

    33   Q.   What about when you went outside, what was I doing then?
    34        A.  I cannot remember seeing you doing anything, actually,
    35        other than I saw you standing there on a couple of
    36        occasions, nothing else.

    38   Q.   But I was the only person you knew apart from Mr. Gravett,
    39        and you cannot remember what I was doing specifically?
    40        A.  No, I was not particularly interested on that occasion.

    43        A.  Well, as far as I was concerned my work was complete.

    45   Q.   You would have known that any further distribution of the
    46        leaflets complained of could have been grounds for malice,
    47        for proving malice, or for getting an injunction?
    48        A.  I had enough.  I had enough evidence at that time.

    50   Q.   So, why was it that you advised Terry Carroll to take a 
    51        video of the protest? 
    52        A.  Just for records.

    55        A.  No, just to record the demonstration.

    58        was handing out leaflets?
    59        A.  Well, I cannot say that I saw you handing out leaflets.
