Feedback not welcome
It is clear that McDonald's are not really interested in customer satisfaction as such (they are only concerned when profits are affected). They are so uninterested in hearing from their customers that even their own corporate website provides no email address. Instead they provide a McDonald's customer 'feedback' survey which allows you to answer only their limited set of questions. It doesn't even provides an option to leave suggestions, or even leave your name or email address for replies.
Of course, they say they're interested in hearing what you have to say about their restaurants - but like much of what they say, the reality is somewhat different. We have therefore provided this alternative feedback service for them, so that they can hear what you have to say.
