I do not "fear" death. That I think is the MAIN REASON why people invented religion and god, so they would feel at ease when thinking about death. However, I mostly feel that death is nothingness, and I won't be around to feel that nothingness, so I don't fear it.Don't get me wrong, I don't want to die, just like everyone else, because it means an end to this life, no more breathing, no more eating, no more sex, and no more debating on computers. But that is why I don't want to die, because life is great, and I don't want it to end. But I am not going to spend this life wondering about the next one, and never actually live this life to its fullest.
The reason why I ask this question is I want people to think. Think about what christianity is claiming, and show why it doesn't make any sense.
I choose to follow something that makes sense. We live, we die, and the next lifeforms get their chance, and our chance is over. So make the most out of your chance!
