: Just as I suspected, Shaun has decided to redefine christianity to exclude those he disapproves of. I did not! I do not dissaprove of anybody. I'm just saying what the bible says, plain and simple.
:Like I said, Shaun, I know of numerous clergy (in the anglican and united churches, as well as the unitarian church) who respect the "teachings of christ", call themselves christians, and ALSO believe that the bible (mysogynist messages and all) to be a less than perfect document.
I don't even know what the anglican and united church is, but the unitarian church is not even Christian (even if they try to convince us otherwise), so therefore I don't care what they think of the bible.
Also, I don't care how other christians regard the Bible. That is between them and God. All I'm saying is that the Bible is the truth, and if you go around perverting the message and altering the meaning to what you want to hear, like the unitarians, Jehovah's Wittnesses and Mormons(Latter-day Saints) do then you are wrong. Do you think Christians are going to believe what this mostly ungodly world tells us or what the Lord Himself says?
