Now wait a minute. I'm a vegetarian and have never once preached to people about their eating habits. There's a stereotypical vegetarian that people belive to be true. Get to know some vegetarians well and you'll find that we're just the same as people who do eat meat, just that we'd prefer a salad over a steak. It's all about personal preferences. And about protein deficiency - ever heard of tofu?
