Would you care to volunteer? Last time I checked, they don't just wait around for animals to just die before using their organs. Animals are actively raised just for these test and other uses. I saw something on the Discover channel about research about using pig hearts for human transplants. Which would be kinda cool, I suppose, as then people could have hearts to match their souls.

On the matter of human testing, I have heard that there are quite a few professional "guinea pigs". The distinction between human testing and animal testing is that humans volunteer, while animals are made to suffer in tests through no fault or will of their own. This same complaint carries over to farm animals, especially in factory farms.

It has been stated that humans have the right to use lesser animals as we see fit, but if you see that as license to inflict pain on animals for the advancement of knowledge, especially in the case of frivolous things like testing cosmetics on animals, then I can only pity your primitive beliefs and hope that you might someday seek to cure your ignorance.
