I'm not anti-reform just anti-reformism, I mean seeing moderation and tuning here and there as adequate.I know what your talking about in the reform Vs. revolution business too, I agree, that is one of the reasons why I am a proponent of Trial and Error, it really makes the reform Vs. revolution argument academic, a popularly mandated government could make the same changes as a popular junta, you know?
