SDF: Thusly the author enshrines the "person in its individuality" by claiming some "award by God." One wonders what collective choice has been made to respect such a shrine, since, after all, God is known in this world by His communities; Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hinduist, Confucian etc.

: Thus the center of socialism should (and really is) the person in its unity. The main issue which socialism attempts to introduce is the definition of wealth and the way to achieve it.

SDF: Actually the primary issue-at-hand in discussing socialism is the relationship between individuals. Here we should make a distinction between the ideology of individualism, the social roles of each individual, and the body of each individual. If we are to respect the "person in its individuality," we should know WHICH individuality we're respecting. Please see my post here.
