I figured as much. Cause in recent months, it has been difficult to get ANY good burger there, regardless of the location I've attempted. And the last couple of times I was there, the fries started to suck too!
I want you to know this, Connie! I've taken your advice, and I seldom eat there, today. The same goes for the local BK's. They don't give a flying fuck either!!! Glad to see that Whataburger has improved! And Schlotsky's and Subway Sandwich shops are excellent choices...and Arby's too!
Just a reminder before I go! I've said it before and I'll say it again: The customer is always right!!! You wouldn't have your "hell pit" job if it weren't for your "ungrateful" customers. As for the food quality, I guess it does depend on the person at the grill. Cause if I catch the right place at the right time, I can still get quality food. But that is a rare exception with the Arches today...sad to say. As a supporter of capitalism I'd love to see them get their shit together, and LEAD again!!! But it's going to take caring stock holders, execs, franchise owners, managers, AND employees! In your case, Connie, a bit of company loyalty will start to help!!!
