I just quit my job from Walmart a month ago. I was an associate in Ontario for a year and a half. As a former associate, a can stand up for what a wonderful store it was to work for. It's corporate beliefs do not compare to any other major department store in the world. Walmart has a goal. Their goal is customer satisfaction. Problems arise when associates lose sight of the most important aspect of the business - their customers. I use to work in the shoe department and the employees I was working with all worked for Woolco previously. They don't care about their customers; and this is why I quit. I wanted to work for a company who respected their customers, but unfortunately, many of the associates don't. None.
