Anyone know of a Compaq gripe site. I've had really lousy customer service from them after my computer & screen broke down several times. When I wrote and complained they told me that everyone else was happy with their service, as if to suggest that I had no reason to complain. I'd like to get some idea of how many people are dissatisified with their products and services. None.
