Stealing should not be condoned or encouraged. But here's a thought; if McDonalds was to offer slightly better wages, some free meals and telephone calls and rest breaks; there may not be so many disgrunteled employees having to steal to get their own back. This is often the justification. The fact that employees are peeved off, should highlight the fact that maybe the working conditions at the workplace aren' good enough. Telling these employees to go somewhere else will not get rid of the problem. Others will keep on doing it. Of course there are employees who do it for the fun of it.
