So why did you stay for 3 years then ?

If it was so bad, why did you stick it for 3 years ? Did it take you that long to realise it, or were you too lazy to find something else ? Or maybe the rest of your life is SO wonderful. Not everyone is suited to McDonald's. But most people realise this after 3 weeks, and make a decision (or have it made for them !)
