Joey Stalin? Where is that guy? Cara Russel? She used to be a regular in these rooms, but we hardly hear from her anymore. Everett Citizen? No question him and me never agreed on nothing but he did make the place interesting!

TD's if you haven't read my rebuttal, it wasn't me that posted that "personalities" message. Anyway Qx, regarding your reply to the Trolley Dollies, I read their message as an honest and straightforward one, based on the fact that they've been with McD's many years obviously.

Just as the Dallas Cowboys need a head coach to devise stratigies to execute on the playing field, someone at the local McDonald's needs to make sure that all important tasks are taken care of, including keeping the place up to lawful sanitation requirements, and making sure the customers get quality food, and efficient, CHEERFUL service.

Do you really think that 15, 16-year-olds, are going to have what it takes to be "self-managing", and keep up with the inventory as well as determine how much food needs to be produced depending on the number of patrons?

As I recall you did acknowledge the points that Joey Stalin brought up in his "In defense of managers" post, unless the impersonator also wrote that one.

So how about giving the TD's a little bit of credit, huh? They know where they're coming from!

Mike.
