All that I can say is that the Store Activites Representative (S.T.A.R)
in our restaurant takes care of the employees. She has a good thing going with the local cinema. Everytime I worked a 10 or 12 hour shift she always gives me two passes to get in to a movie for free. Maybe your S.T.A.R needs to do things like that.
