Take it ee zee, Sam! I give people shit from time to time just for fun. Just ask your debating team member Qx! Or another IWW member Pink Floyd, er [oops!] I mean Floyd! As for the like title, I didn't think the moderator would leave it like that, but I guess he couldn't think of a name for my post either. And yes I wrote out my name again specifically to give you a hard time. Again, don't take it personal!

As for the quality work circles, no I'm not implying that employees seek management's permission to form any kind of association. And I recently took advantage of my employer's "open door" policy to make a few suggestions of my own regarding bank report transmission and remote data file downloads. I will discuss that more with them pretty quick.

Before I go, you guys seem to be of the mindset that all or most bosses are power-mad bastards. That's not been my experience or that of most other people I know. In fact, in the better-run McDonald's and other good places such as Arby's I've witnessed that the management and employees get along well, and are very supportive of each other. As for the rest of what you brought up, be patient and I'll answer it later when I feel like taking the time to find web links to support my statements, since that seems to be required among the debating factions in these rooms. Yes, this is a half-assed response, but my computer clock tells me that "The Simpsons" is already half-over, and I also don't want to miss that new sitcom that follows, of which the setting is the mid-70's (as in "Play that funky music, white boy!").

Later!

Mike.

P.S. If you feel like it, you might type "Libertarian" into your search engine, and read up on their platform. Some interesting stuff that makes you think (No, I don't claim to be affiliated with any party, and I'm not absolutely completely in agreement with the above.).
