...you could do yourself a favor and find out for yourself.

TD: Yeah, and Rome was an EMPIRE. Is that what you guy's are emulating ?

Qx: Tell that to the AFL-CIO. they might get a kick out of your question.

TD: No, not at all. We're all up shit creek, and need to row our boat together.

Qx: Now you're getting enlightened.

TD: And YOU, lecture ME, about spewing vitriole ?

Qx: The "lecture" accusation is another bit of vitriole but go ahead.

TD: Qx, methinks the lady doth protest too much.

Qx: Forget the Shakespeare and check out the anarchafeminism page Flint referred you to.

TD: Yes , I am a worker. I exchange my labour for wages. OK, so I have some influence over other people, and for that I am paid slightly better,

Qx: You're a manager in other words. That's not difficult to figure out is it? Even if you're caught up in the wage-labor system.

TD: but if I want to keep my family fed, housed and clothed, then that is what I will continue doing until my circumstances offer a better opportunity.

Qx: Good. Go for it.

TD: And don't assume for one minute that I am wholeheartedly happy and at one with this scenario. Far from it.

Qx: Well, that's your problem as far as the system goes. What use is it telling anybody this after all the postings? You could have done so from the start.

TD: But you don't even get that far Qx.

Qx: I don't? You seem to be claiming clairvoyancy.

TD: Lame asshole ? No, I don't think so. Caught between a rock and a hard place, maybe.

Qx: Let the workers at McDonald's decide that one for themselves. Maybe it'll come out in a rap session.

TD: You do not understand the relationship between a franchisee and his employees. It is very different to the relationship between the corp and it's employees. And remember, I have worked for both. And I am not on the side of the corp.

Qx: Yeah right. It's not any different than a boss-worker relationaship in any fast-food outlet. Even if you're not on the side of McD's corporation.
