I Know it's Hard

For all of you out there thinking you are alone you are not. I work at a store in a small community. We hire about 150 people a year we may have 2or3 that actually stay for more than a month. It does get discouraging but I have quite a few regular customers that make it worth while. Keep trying to be the best that you can and keep trying to please each one of the customers and that is where your satisfaction will come from. Certainly it won't be the pay. That goes without saying.
