EVERYONE,
All the McDonalds in Finland are now UNION SHOPS!!!!If you wanted to organize your McDonalds, but didn't think it was possible, I hope this serves as an inspiration to you, it can be done. Mcdonalds has recognized the union as the official bargaining agent of its employees there. MCDONALDS WILL BARGAIN WITH THE WORKER'S UNION OVER WAGES and job security. These workers will now get better wages and real jobs(not part-time). THEY HAVE POWER!
