I realize there is value in everryones work. But does that mean that someone working in a fast food restaurant should get a the same wage as someone in lets say in the computer industry just simply because the fast food workers labour is somewhat harder, than the person who sits in front of a computer, even though that person had to go to college or university for years to be able to sit in front of that computer.

Lets face it, at mcd's you get your initial training in 3-4 shifts, many other folks have gone to college or university for years to work in their occupations. The pay scale should reflect this, and I for one think it does.
As far as the owners stealing from us. So just because a person or persons has helped build a company from the ground up to be very succesful, this makes them a thief? Isn't that a lot of peoples dream, to own their own company, build it, make it grow and yes reap the benefits of it. I think the biggest problem with alot of people in this debating room and web site is that they are jealous they didn't think of it first!! So the underlying fact is, if you can't have a piece of the pie, destroy it.

McSpotlight: How can you assume that people are jealous merely because their point of view doesn't agree with yours? You don't know them!
