We'll I started 2 months ago and on my first day which is when I had my training I just went up to the front counter and told them that I was strarting today and they got a manager and the manager showed me around and cos' I was there early I got to sit in the crew room and watch TV. But don't worry you don't have to know what to do cos' there will be a crew trainer there who will train you on your station's for however long your training goes for mine went for 3 weeks.
You'll be fine when I first started even other crew were helping me and they still are...but not as much
