You'd better read the Federal Child Labor Law guidelines. No one under 16 can operate a law mower under our wonderful laws! I'm trying to hire my 15 10/12 year old son to work on my survey crew and cannot get past the bureaucratic bullshit to give him a $7.50/hr. job for the summer! I understand the intent of the law, but there are exceptions to every rule. Good luck, 11 year old. Keep the good work ethic. None.
