In my store I am a swing manager and my wife is a crew person. While some conflicts do arise they are resolved, after reminding her and myself that while we are on the clock we are WORKING, just like any other. The 1st asstiant manager is married to a crew person and it works much the same. The best thing to remeber is not to let work and personal life intermingle. None.
