I agree with Tree Frog except it isn't just college students (I go to college) Often it is the people no one else would hire because they are too billigirent I had a friend get mad and swear at a manager because they were wearing street clothes except the shirt and the Manager wouldn't let them work unless the put on one of the spare uniforms we had the employee wouldn't do it
