turnover

mcdonald's is a great beginning for young people, as are many other fast food places who also have a high turnover. if an indiviual is willing to WORK for their wage, it can be a great place to work!! if indiviuals stand around wondering what to do next, it means the crew trainers and management are falling down on their jobs. young people, for whom this is a first job, need to be taught!!! others need to be given the boot!! i have been treated like gold because i do my job and do it well......but, my suggestion for young people is to work at mickey's for awhile and save your money and go to college....otherwise
you'll end up with no career and working at mcdonald's at my age, 54.
