I would have given the lady ice water

I work in the drive-thru and am nice to people but if they are jerks then thats what they get. Most of the time people are nice, when they are rude to me they get crappy service in return.

P.S. I would have given the lady ice water and charged her for a soda as part of the meal. That is the "correct" procedure.
