AMC: # It is very annoying when customers look at road maps through drive through (our store is on a highway) totoally oblivious to the fact that there are people waiting behind them. They ignore me when I try to take their order and continue to have a family discussion. In the meantime my managers are screaming at me through the headset saying " Hurry up.Hustle . Come on what is taking sooo long???". I tell the managers through my headset about the situation and then the customers put in a comlaint ( to the same manager that told me to hurry )saying I was rude because I didn't give them time to order!!!!!!

Morris: If they are truly obnoxious, and then ask you for driving directions, it's always fun to give directions to a place with a simialr sounding name. Once, some hick who obviously doesn't get to the big city too often wanted directions to Pittsburgh, the center of a metropolis of about 2 million people. Instead, I sent him to East Pittsburgh, a blighted community of abandoned factories, public housing projects, and narcotics dealings on the streets. At least I sent him in the correct direction and got him halfway there! Barring that, just make up any directions you like, and end it with: "You can't miss it!"
